This policy governs all purchases made through Sunkissed Moda Online Trading (“Sunkissed”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of the terms outlined below.

PRODUCT CONDITION & PRE-DISPATCH INSPECTION
All products sold by Sunkissed are:

Inspected prior to dispatch

Verified to be free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment

Packaged securely for delivery
Minor differences in color, texture, fit, or appearance resulting from lighting, photography, screen resolution, or manufacturing tolerances do not constitute defects and do not qualify for refund or exchange.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE DELIVERIES
Customers are required to inspect their order immediately upon receipt.

Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Reports submitted after this period will be considered accepted as delivered in good condition

Claims related to courier handling or transit damage are subject to verification and supporting evidence
Sunkissed reserves the right to determine whether any corrective action is applicable, at its sole discretion.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & DISPUTES
All payments are securely processed via Tap Payments.
By completing a transaction, the customer acknowledges that:

The order details, pricing, and product description were reviewed prior to payment

Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or payment disputes raised in contradiction to this policy may be formally contested with supporting documentation, including:

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF PAYMENT METHODS
Sunkissed shall not be held responsible for:

Unauthorized or fraudulent use of payment cards

Lost or stolen cards

Disputes arising from cardholder misuse
All payment-related liabilities arising from unauthorized card use remain the responsibility of the cardholder.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Sunkissed’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

No compensation shall be provided for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
