Mojito recipe

Ingredients:

32 fresh mint sprigs divide into 4 highball glasses
4 tablespoons caster sugar
Juice of 4 limes
Ice cubes
250ml light rum
1 bottle (750ml) sparkling water

Method:

Add 1tablespoon sugar to each glass
Add the juice of like to each glass
Muddle to bruise (not pulverize)
Add Ice
Add 60ml rum to each glass and top with sparkling water.
Serve straight away
